It's been a while since I could write
of anything that mattered,
it seems as though the times the same
since you had left me battered.
Life wrapped you in its perfect claws
while I watched you from the edges;
Blind, you've been spoiled by privileges,
Like all those hurts I've had before,
the band-aid is always money,
whether gifts or lunch, it's all the same;
they're flies and its the honey
but the nectar is poison,
polluted your mind
you think spending money is the only kind
thing you could ever do
when you're in love with only you
forget your friend who is always there
pay her off instead of showing you care
